Toyota GT86 Drift – Indonesia and Australia

Toyota is very busy of late launching the GT 86 around the world, Australia saw the car launched June 4th and Indonesia’s release took place last Friday to the tune of a couple smoking tyres.

The Indonesian launch centred around a GT86 drifting, as you can see in the video below, the GT 86 doing exactly what it was meant for: high-performance driving. In this case, that means drifting around a three-cone slalom, sending clouds of rubber into the air and probably leaving loads of young male Indonesians with wet pants afterwards.

Given the car’s already infamous reputation for power and ability, no doubt insurance premiums will rocket in Europe, probably more so in the United Kingdom.

This second video was released after the cars launch in Australia, where a couple of GT86′s drift around a wet track at Marulan.
