AC Schnitzer have announced some details of their first tuning package for the 6th generation BMW 3 Series.
The package, for now, includes the usual visual upgrades for the exterior and extra trim for the interior. AC Schnitzer say they performance upgrades for both diesel and petrol engines, but they’re still testing and tweaking and will be available at a later date.
The body kit includes front spoiler, rear roof spoiler, rear spoiler, rear skirt, decals, rear skirt protection foil, and emblems. The package is complemented by a range of 18, 19, and 20 inch AC Schnitzer wheels.
There is also an option of a sports rear silencer with chromed ”Racing” tailtrim, and a set of sport lowering springs.
The interior pacakge is quite substantial, and includes 3-spoke sports airbag steering wheel, an illuminated leather gear knob, a gear knob with digital shift display, an aluminium gear knob “Black Line”, aluminium handbrake handles, aluminium cover “Black Line” for i-Drive System controller, aluminium pedal sets and foot rest, and velours floor mats.
AC Schnitzer say the car will be on display at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
